As a distributor, we provide the same warranty as the LOKLiK company does as outlined below:

LOKLiK provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.If you have any questions about our products and need a refund/return/replacement service, please contact our customer support first.

Note: Please contact the platform’s customer service first before claiming a refund or return, as the policies differ by platform.

Return/Replacement Validity Period

We accept claims for refund/exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. It is not possible to process a refund request for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window.

 

Return/Replacement Conditions

To get your request approved, please ensure your items meet the following requirements:

  1. Non-Quality Related Issue

The product must be in undamaged condition;

The product must include the original packaging and all accessories (if any);

The product must not have been modified or refurbished in any way;

The invoice or order number must be provided;

Return/Replacement Process

If there are quality issues when receiving the product, please contact our customer support with related evidence, such as photos, videos, and the order number. We will try our best to solve your problems as soon as possible.

We provide return/replacement service within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer support with your order number and state the reason for the refund/replacement.

Once the request gets approved, you will be informed of the refund details and get the electronic return shipping bill and prepaid shipping label.

It is necessary to return your item for quality inspection. Please print the electronic shipping bill and send it with the product in original packaging and all accessories.

Once the returned item arrives in our warehouse for inspection, the refund/ replacement process will begin.

Returns/Replacements may be rejected if items do not meet the requirements, and your products will be returned.

1.Refund:

Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made.

Note: The actual refund sum will have related restocking fees deducted.

2.Replacement:

Replacements will be issued within 7 days after the item arrives at our warehouse. The item will be replaced by a new original one or a new machine functionally equivalent to the original, and we will email you the tracking number.

 

Non-Quality Related Issue

When returning products for non-quality issues, you are required to  cover the shipping cost. We do not refund products and accessories damaged in transit.
